Terms of Service

1. The service

agents.biab.cloud provides a personal AI development workspace: an in-browser IDE, configurable AI agents, persistent storage, and per-app git repositories. Each user gets an isolated Kubernetes namespace with their own subdomain at <your-username>.agents.biab.cloud.

You agree NOT to use the service to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with immediate effect for the categories above. We'll try to give you 14 days notice for ambiguous cases.

3. Your content + AI output

You own everything you create on the platform. We have a limited license to store, process, and display your content only to provide the service. You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload anything you upload.

When you send prompts to the agents, that prompt goes to the LLM provider you selected in Settings. We don't see the prompt body or the model's response — it streams between your browser, your agent pod, and the provider. The provider's terms govern that data.

4. AI output disclaimers

AI agents produce output that may be incorrect, biased, copied from training data, or otherwise unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing every output before relying on it — particularly for code that handles money, personal data, security, or anything safety-critical. We make no warranty about the accuracy, originality, or fitness-for-purpose of agent-generated content.

We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime but make no contractual SLA on the free tier. Paid tiers (when available) include written SLAs. Maintenance windows are announced at least 24h in advance via the status page at status.biab.cloud (when available) and via email for impactful changes.

7. Pricing + billing

Current pricing is shown on the marketing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time — billing stops at the end of the current period. No refunds for partial months unless required by law.

8. Privacy + data processing

Our handling of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. Sub-processors and where data is processed are listed at /legal/sub-processors.html.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms (with the notice described in section 2) or that have been delinquent on payment for over 30 days.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes that can't be resolved between us will go to the competent court in Amsterdam. Nothing in this clause affects your rights as a consumer under your local mandatory law.

12. Changes

We'll post material changes to this page with a new "Last updated" date. For changes that materially reduce your rights, we'll email you at least 30 days in advance; if you don't accept, you can delete your account before they take effect.
